Vintage 40s tilt hat. Neumann-Endler presents, the 'Fair-Tweed'… a jaunty architectural topper featuring walnut-brown felt and a sweep of dyed feather. The front sits a'tilt over your forehead, with its deep asymmetrical point pointing to your lips. Right side features a 'rooster' feather, green and orange, that wraps round your head and waggles as you walk. The crown shows a spiral of tactile brown and ivory hairs -- paling towards the center.
