In all its simplicity, the Circle Knife with board from Menu is a small stroke of genius - created by Danish designer Jesper Ranum.
The cool, shiny handle gives the discerning cook a perfect grip for chopping chocolate, nuts, garlic or fresh herbs.
The knife rests beautifully in the hand and is easy and efficient to use even with only one hand.
The cutting board is made of solid, oiled beech, slightly hollowed on both sides, so that one side can be used for fresh herbs and garlic and the other for nuts, almonds and chocolate.
The Circle Knife was awarded the reddot design prize in 2003.
