Girls and guys, get ready to rumble. RumbaTime is a new watch company selling streamlined, silicon watches in a rainbow of colorful hues from a pale lavender to a candy-apple red. Started by three college buddies Drew Deters, Jay Hartington, and Joe Anto, the watch fits the lifestyle of those who prefer the active outdoors as well as seasoned Manhattanites. For vendors wishing to carry them, they will also donate a number of watches to that retailer's charity of choice. As Jay says, "With our watch, checking the time becomes a reminder to lighten up, have some fun, and focus on what's truly important." And did we mention they're only $20 each? We'll take two, please!

We already know that the Chanel brand wants to conquer your nails, lips, purses, and—with the advent of Chanel's temporary tattoos—the top layers of your epidermis, so what surface will Chanel conquer next? How about your forehead? Art student Ryan McSorley thinks so. In his final project for a product design class at Central Saint Martins, Ryan created Skin by Chanel, a collection of skincare standbys including a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer, but with an unexpected addition: There's also a headband that imprints the double C's on your forehead, cheek, or facial surface of choice. If his prediction about the future of extreme branding ever comes true, people won't have to ask you what moisturizer you're using—the answer will be written on your face. (Notcot)

When we buy shoes, we'll actually wear them, which means that the lifespan of our spindly stilettos doesn't justify their pricetag. Wedges and heavy-duty boots are our footwear of choice, and Swedish label Minimarket stocks some of the best options out there. Their spring '10 collection doesn't disappoint! There's a terribly chic cap-toed boot with a wooden platform (it comes in a more understated blacked-out version, too), a cobalt version of their classic back-zip wedge...and don't get us started on those tan lace-ups. We dare you to find us a sleeker, more practical shoe. And if shoes aren't your thing, they've got a covetable collection of sunglasses and purses‐including patent and suede wristlets and studded caps that are nearly too sweet for words.

Very "democratic", cool concept. Basically, new musicians/artists upload their stuff. And if you like their stuff, you can make a payment of US$10 per "part". Once the band gets US$50,000, they can get to record their own CD. You'd get the special fans' CD and then another version will be sold to the public. The artist gets 50% of the net profits and you & the other fans get the rest. This means that you get the choice to decide which band makes it big. :) I like the idea a lot. Time to listen to new stuff. :)
