Chocolate cupcakes are made with dark Callebaut cocoa for deep, rich flavor; recipe for bittersweet chocolate frosting included. Red velvet cupcakes have the signature scarlet hue and are made with Callebaut chocolate for depth of flavor and generous amounts of butter for richness; recipe for cream cheese frosting included.
