Era - late 1930s Measurements - inside they measure 9-1/4 inches long, 2-7/8 wide across the bottom and the heel is 3-1/4 inches tall. Label - Strawbridge & Clothier Philadelphia Fabric - leather Great shiny gold leather shoes with strappy ankles. The tops of the toes are knotted leather and the heels are nice and solid. A silky column of ivory rayon satin, this c. 1930’s bias-cut nightgown will add some old Hollywood glamour to your bedtime! The deep “v” neckline is trimmed in front with loops of lace, and the waist is cinched in with a self-fabric sash, tying in the back. There are a few creases in the fabric, and the lace shows some wear from past washings, but the nightgown is lovely and in very good condition.

This vintage black silk floral print bias cut dress and scarf dates from the late 1930s. It is made of a black silk fabric with a fuchsia and white floral bouquet print pattern. This beautiful bias cut dress has a V front neckline with gathers along the bustline, gathered shoulders short sleeves and a side zipper closure. There is a "This Style Registered with Fashion Originators Guild" label sewn inside. The dress measures 49 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 26 inch waist and 36 inch bust. Included with the dress is a matching fabric silk scarf which could also be worn as a belted sash. The scarf measures 60 inches long and 12 inches wide. They are both in excellent clean wearable condition.
