Ivory lace & satin 1950's shorts with zippers. One of the more unusual garments I have seen lately, these 1950's "Bermuda" shorts are made of ivory lace over heavy-weight satin, with large, gold metal side zippers on each side, all the way from the waist to the hem! The relatively formal fabric, juxtaposed with the rather risqué zippers, makes these shorts unique. I'm not sure what purpose being able to unzip your shorts from waist to hem may have, but it is interesting. They are quite high waisted, and fitted through the waist, hip and thigh, to just above the knee on our mannequin. These shorts would be great (and humorous) to wear to a casual wedding, rehearsal dinner or wedding shower. Waist: 24" Hip: 34"
