I hand carved this 5 1/4" hair comb from beautiful Cocobolo Rosewood, known for its striking grain patterns and rich colors. Cocobolo is considered by some to be the most attractive of all the exotic woods and its one of my personal favorites. The focal point of this hairpin is the gorgeous Amber cabochon showcased in a wonderful hand-crafted sterling silver setting with lovely detailing. The amber stands a 3/8" above the surface of the comb and the inclusions in the amber really sparkle...
