Ballgown beauty of a vintage evening gown from the late 1940's, in dusky dark salmon rustling rayon acetate fabric. Red-carpet glamour, with semi-sheer delicate floral lace panels at the front of back of the upper bodice with squiggled seam and gorgeous leaf shaped cut-out panels with lace inserts to the lower bodice! Piped seam around the fitted waist, with little darts and the back and semi-circle detail to the centre front. Stunning skirt from a full circle of fabric so perfect for twirling in! The skirt is decorated with three more leaf-shaped cut-outs to match the bodice - an elegant touch. The lace of the bodice and the cut-outs is lined with a thin layer of cream mesh to spare your blushes. Fastens at the side with a metal zip. A wonderfully romantic vintage gown from the age of movie-star glamour!
