Neckline drops down into a low V on backside and is trimmed in black velvet. Shoulders are padded and draped, the puffy sleeves taper at the wrist with a black velvet trim. Midriff has black velvet with a bow at back. Dress closes with hidden snaps on backside and it is lined in a sheer black nylon. Labeled Victoria Royal.
