Description

This is a great evening skirt from the 90's in white satin with a black satin ribbon stripe. The skirt falls from a narrow waistband in side pleats with an inverted pleat at the center front. An attached hip crinoline puffs the skirt around the top and narrows at the ankles. Appliqued ribbon workin a chevron stripe.
