I could not get her to acknowledge all the hidden charges placed without my knowledge. She added phony shipping charges in and I was shocked. I had to contact VISA Dispute Resolution Services. What a disappointment that www.momentsofelegance.com preys on brides and event planners in a very unethical manner. I have never had this happen in 11 years of high end event planning. YOU ARE BETTER OFF "GOOGLING" FOR THE ITEMS YOU SEE AND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. THE LOW CHARGES LISTED ON THE SITE DO NOT REFLECT WHAT YOU WILL FIND ON YOUR VISA!
