The Ping's the Thing
Description
We were cruising around the online shop of Hint Fashion Magazine when we spotted these witty, limited-edition constructed canvas bags by designer Mary Ping, from her series, Slow and Steady Wins the Race. The idea behind the line? She copies wait listed bags from major labels (in this case, Balenciaga) in canvas, simultaneously subverting and validating their icon status. We say, punk rock.
