Nowhere is that more apparent than in Indian designers Falguni & Shane Peacock‘s Fall 2008 line, which they debuted in the U.S. for the first time at L.A. Fashion Week. I talked with the husband and wife team before their historic show about their use of color, and why their line, synonymous with Bali movie starlets, may soon be draped over the bodies of their American cousins.     Trend alert! French tips beware, a new nail craft has been seen and heard. We're busting out our favorite Fall colors for a DIY that hits the nail on the head. Attempt a spa quality manicure using some basic office supplies and your favorite complementary colors. What you'll need:Two nail polish colors: We love sea foam green and silver for Fall.Nail file.10 round stickers or reinforcement stickers.Step 1 -File your nail to the desired length.Step 2 -Paint 2 light coats of the color you would like to use on the bottom half of your nails.Step 3 -Let dry 20-30 minutes.Step 4 -Place the round stickers on your nails.Step 5 -Paint 2 coats of the second polish from the top of the sticker to the tip of your nails. Step 6 -Repeat this on all 10 nails.Step 7 -Carefully peel off the stickers and paint on a clear top coat.
