Inspired by the original space-saving Murphy bed invented in 1900, this is the pet bed that conveniently lifts and stows when not in use, converting to a classic chest that frees up floor space and hides your pet bed away. The frame and chest are handcrafted of durable, highly renewable plantation-grown Thai rubberwood, stained in your choice of Black or Mahogany, and the bed's soft surface has 4" of comfortable foam and batting protected by a washable imported poly-cotton cover. The spacious 22" x 28" bed area is suitable for cats and small to medium dogs (up to 200 lbs.). Closes securely with magnetic closures and safety lock; includes optional mounting holes to secure to a wall. Specify Mahogany or Black. Dimensions when closed: 36" H x 24" W x 10" D. (55 lbs.)
