With its sparkle and extra flounce, our Ripple Effect Dress is sure to make waves. Dress features a sequined applique at the neckline and four vertical lines of ruffles traveling down the front bodice. A matching sash is attached in front and ties into a bow in back to define the waistline. Dress has a chiffon like texture and is fully lined in soft satin.
