Description

So pretty...and easy to wear! Silver with black rhinestone adornments. Pull your back in a rubber band - either half up, half down, or secure it all up - put the fan over the secured hair and push the pin through it! The trick is to use something else to hold the hair and the fan will cover it. (the fan can't hold your hair alone) Measures 3" fan, 4" stick.
