Description

Shown in red; petticoat with two extra, extra full layers that have three ruffled tiers. It's super puffy, flowy and fun. This petticoat is made with 10 yards of super soft Ambiance Acetate fabric. The fabric is cut and sewn into 48 yards and then ruffled and sewn again. It has a 2" waist band with elastic inside and is about 21" inches waist to hem. This is made to order - made to measure.
