speed boat bed & trundle
This bed takes its inspiration from luxury craft of the 1940s. Crafted to sea-worthy standards, its anchored on a sturdy wood frame, with plank detailing that looks like the fine old teak found on vintage boats. The brushed-nickel hardware has an authentic nautical feel.
There is a headboard above the stern and two drawers inside the hull that pivot open for extra storage. A built-in trundle can be use with our Lullaby Trundle Mattress (sold separately) to sleep overnight guests, or for under-bed storage.
Built with a hardwood frame and dovetail joinery, the bed has a slat-roll foundation that supports the mattress. Two layers of paint and stain, with a dual layer of oil-based protective lacquer, ensure a beautiful finish that will last for many years.
