A pair of deeply-carved Bakelite dress clips in fantastic condition. It is getting harder and harder to find matching pairs of Bakelite dress clips, especially with the characteristics of this lovely pair. Circa 1920's to 1930's. These have a nice patina with a pretty light color brown that you do not often see. The backs are more of a light olive color. The carvings were beautifully done. Again, a pattern and style you do not often see on the current collectors' market. SIZE: Each clip is 2" x 1" CONDITION: Excellent. Close-to-mint condition. No chips, nicks or cracks. Metal clip backs work well and are strong. Guaranteed Bakelite. Passed Simichrome test. Price below collectors' values.
