There comes a point in every young designer's life when her thoughts turn to a namesake label. Handbag designer Katherine Fleming is no different, but given that her training grounds included Club Monaco, Gap and Tory Burch, the decision to fly solo was a lot easier for her than most. "I still have great mentors from those bigger companies," says Fleming, who is launching her eponymous line with a fall capsule collection. "Their encouragement and support gave me the confidence to make decisions with my own designs."
