The genesis for Modern Outdoor comes from an award winning fabricator of fine furniture and fixtures for retail spaces. Made in the USA, the Kenji line is as equally suited for indoor use as it is for outdoor use. With its ultra smooth slate-like black tops, Kenji is completely modern. The pieces in Kenji are constructed with ITTO, or IBAMA certified Ipe, Electro-polished Stainless Steel, and a product that is actually a paper based resin infused material. This beautiful yet durable material is a solid color all the way through, so small nicks or scratches can be easily removed, thus extending the new appearance of the furniture. For its table top, bench top, and planter, The Kenji Collection is made of cellulose fibers infused with resin. This material is "Green" in nature and possesses a beautiful black slate-like appearance.
