Sexy, black, poly chiffon, designer cocktail dress. It has an empire waist bodice with ruching in the middle with long ties you can fasten into a bow or simply let them dangle down the front. The thin straps at the shoulders are adjustable and the straight cut skirt has a large ruffle at the bottom that peaks upwards in the middle. Skirt also has a fuller piece of fabric over it. Dress is fully lined and closes with a side hidden zipper. Labeled "Michael Kors".
