1960s white cotton blouse by Mary Quant. This Victorian style blouse buttons all the way up the front with a frill detail from the waist to the collar, which continues around the high neckline. Lace overlay panels that run from the edge of each shoulder, slope down to the waist creating a dramatic look. Voluminous sleeves that taper into long, narrow cuffs are finished with a frill.
