Summer makeup is no fuss in my book. I love the look of a warm summer glow and have been using these three products over and over the last couple of months so much so that I thought I should share them with you. They are always with me in my bag when I'm on the go. I skip powder in the summer days when it's hot but after I moisturize, I dab on mark.'s Just Pinched ($8) in Cheeky on my cheeks and rub it in. It keeps me a nice pinky glow and looks so natural. For my lips, I like it neutral and have been using mark. Lipclick Full Color Lipstick ($10) in Toasty which feels light and sheer on my lips. When I want some shine, I add a layer of mark. Gloss Gorgeous Stay on Lip Stain ($10) in Bare on top. It's all so easy and I'm done in less than 5 minutes!Check out mark.'s tutorial for no-makeup makeup for more easy summer makeup tips.Don't spend a lot of money on makeup! I love mark. products for their quality and range of colors. Their products are also perfectly compact that you can easily slip them into a bag or beach tote!Brought to you by our friends from Coquette!

It's nice to wake up in the morning, go through your regular beauty and preparation routine and look in the mirror and love what you see. The hair is perfectly coiffed, the eyeliner and mascara immaculately applied and everything is just one stylishly cohesive look. Then you step out and it's rainy and damp and windy. Sigh.As romantic and beautiful as a rainy day can be, it's definitely no friend to our expertly applied make-up and styled hair. A look that is never a good one is running rivulets of black make-up, smeared and blotchy face powder and frizzed-out, unmanageable hair. This is a dilemma that we'll all be facing numerous times throughout this wet season, so we've decided to put a stop to it once and for all! While we can't change the weather patterns, we can use a few tricks of the trade to make sure our look stays fresh and clean, despite the outside weather that is set on tearing our look apart. Waterproof mascaras and eyeliners are a must, and hair products that encourage curls and waves are more suitable than finishing products that sleek and straighten. Need coverage or a subtle tint on your face? Steer away from powders that turn sticky and uneven in the wet and opt for a smoothing primer and cream finishes.Rainy days doesn't mean our make-up has to be dripping to!
