Fabulous, vintage style modern, halter dress with a psychedelic, floral and polka dots print in black, blue, gray and white. The bodice has straps that tie behind the neck and the wide midriff peaks upwards. The skirt is full, only the bodice is lined and dress slips overhead. Fabric content is poly and spandex.
