Kast van een Huis
Description
n the Dutch language the word "kast" means a closet, storage or a cabinet.
When the dutch talk about "Een kast van een Huis" , then they mean an enormous or huge house. This saying is similar to the English saying "a barn of a house". The closets are designed as a storage for clothes, toys, books, crockery or even for office-equipment. If you place several models next to each other you create a street of closets or a room-divider.
The models are based on the architecture of canalhouses whom you can find in several Dutch city's. Especially Amsterdam is famous for his canalhouses who were build in the 17th en 18th century.
In our furniture you can find three types of canalhousegables.
