I received this in the mail today and it DID NOT work.........................after several hours of troubleshooting thru downloadable only manuals, it worked but the picture was damaged. and know I can't get any response back from either Freetalk or Skype on there so-called customer support. THIS PRODUCT SUCKS so far for me. The manual states : "go to www.freetalk.me or call the FREETALK customer support centers (contact numbers can be found online)." But THEY CAN"T BE FOUND........................I guess what sounds too good to be true, is just that SOUNDS TOO GOOD..........but not actually true! Very disappointed!! Allways, hygirl7

I too fell for purchasing the Freetalk Buddy Pak from the online shop at Skype only to have the goods arrive in a box with NO software, or any paperwork, zilch!..I've emailed every so called "support" section I could find but as the previous writer has stated, absolutely no help has been forthcoming..I will NOT be promoting anyone to use the Skype Shop following my disastrous experience with it.
