Here's one of my new one-of-a-kind zippered clutch bags, from the Lovely Little Piano Girl Series. Each pouch is constructed of bright and colorful shirts that were rescued from my local thrift store, plus some new fabric and scraps from my collection. The Piano Girl herself is a vintage image that i've silkscreened with white ink onto plain colored fabric, then appliqued with the help of my trusty machine. I then hand embroidered tiny little hearts to give it that little extra something. This pouch is made using fabric that was once a red and grey turtleneck, to which I've appliqued a green and white piano girl. The lining is a green cotton camouflage that used to be a bandana. The zipper is bright green with lighter green ends and the detachable wrist strap and loop are made of tan webbing.
