This is a sweet little bowl. I used a nifty glaze that's called Peacock Eyes. It has chunks of crystals that yield unexpected results. This bowl is good for so many things like eating your scoop of ice cream, potpouri, dips and not to leave out just a decorative element for your space. The bowl measures 4-7/8" (12.4 cm) in diameter and right around 2-3/8" (6 cm) in height. Wheel thrown and handpainted, I've added a double split rim with a pinch every inch or so to give the bowl a floral feel. I use non-toxic clay as well as non-toxic glazes. Safe for serving food. OK for the dishwasher and microwave oven but not on a regular basis. Best if the piece is hand washed to help prolong it's life. This piece should not be put into the oven.
