Who is doo.ri?
doo ri chung graduated from parsons in 1995 and spent six years as an apprentice for geoffrey beene, eventually becoming lead designer. she went on to start her own business in the basement of her family's new jersey dry-cleaning business. after spending four years designing in the store's basement, she was a finalist for the vogue/cfda fashion fund award in 2004 ... and took home the award in 2006.
doo.ri chung made a rare personal appearance at jake in the summer of 2007.
