What can one say about this piece that it doesn't already say? Branded tote bags are everywhere on our streets, clearly titled with the brand names we are familiar with, constantly reinforcing our consumptive needs. But look a little closer and you'll see that the logo here completely subverts the usual notion these bags espouse. Tote bags are for shopping but here the shopper is questioned and the brand owner taunted by the term "Shoplifter." What audacity! It's white on black, it's bold and stated, it's funny and it's smart, it's punk and it's Christmas, let's go shoplifting!
