I would say, if you're 30+ or for even any lady to wear it with some skinny/wide jeans, not just like that as a dress, because it looks like a shirt to me;). To be a little classy lady I would also pull a little cardigan off with that little shirt. Something nice chocolate brown or colourful, like red, matching to any colour in the shirt itself!
