uilding on a reputation of artistic and irreverent sportswear, Japanese designer, Yasuhiro Mihara introduces a remarkable story of discovery for Spring Summer 2007. Yasuhiro Mihara came upon a story about a well know archaeologist Dr Mihaluk, who made a discovery in the lost land of the Maya people. It was a discovery of what looked like a modern day sports shoe found embedded in an ancient rock, this sneaker was very similar to a sports shoe we wear today. Mihara took this inspiration to create the theme behind the new seasons footwear collection, a collection he named Ooparts Out of place artefacts.
