[ AR1 ] design Arthur Rottier |photo Sietso Steen [ AR1 ] is a fresh translation of the classic chaise longue. Starting points for the design were ergonomic measurements and contemporary manufacturing techniques.Contrary to the seating position in the classic Chaise Longues, the body position allows active participation in conversation, but is not blocking a little nap either...Compared to the older examples, [ AR1 ] is slightly longer, just like todays population. Getting in AND out is easy due to the height. The extreme durability of the materials used, allows for indoor and outdoor heavy-duty use, professional as well as domestic. The look and feel makes [ AR1 ] at home in any company! [ AR1 ] has many possibilities for branding if needed. There is a basic collection of five colors contrasting the white base, but when needed, special color wishes can be fulfilled. A smaller kid's version is available.
