Description

Inspired by the Japanese modular tableware coupled with the intensely vibrant colour palette of New Orleans architecture. Zeita is concerned with stimulating creativity in the use of everyday objects, encouraging people to use pieces 'shuffled' in with others. The ability of the handmade to co-exist with the industrial is key. The colourful, playful nature of the work serves to breakdown some of the barriers between people and their day to day objects.
