Our Taru Daybed packs in ultimate function, while maintaining the crispness of a fully ecological construction. Lauan (a.k.a. Philippine Mahogany) and Gmelina hardwoods are handcrafted to create continuity in the frame as they extend into a removable canopy structure. The frame boasts a finish of deep vintage espresso that highlights the hand-woven cane made of durable yet flexible Rattan strips. The trundle drawer effortlessly blends into the complete design of the bed with matching hardwood and a hand-woven cane face. The natural beauty of this bed stems from 100% sustainable and renewable resources. Canopy structure is completely removable. Finials cap the arms and back when canopy is not in use.
