The store's owners, Joseph Grana and Greg Armas, scour the globe discovering the hottest emerging talent, rarest vintage finds and newest brands that no one else in the country is even talking about yet. Pulse caught up with Greg to get the scoop on his boutique and find out what he's excited about in fashion right now! Can you tell us a bit about the history of the store? We started Scout in 2003 with the concept of featuring new and local designers alongside relevant vintage designers. As the store grew though, we found our scope opening into a more international realm, looking a little farther for the new goods and now, adding our own house label...
