This vintage dress once had irriversible damage on the hem, so after re-hemming and shortening, I have embellished it with vintage treasures.
The neckline has been adorned with a lovely ruffled collar, along with a vintage brooch dripping with romantic lace.
A vintage image of Notra Dame has been set on the front skirt, and framed by a lovely cut of scalloped lace trim.
The color alone is something stunning, sure to bring a smile to any face.
