Kina Pendant, Natural - Design Within Reach

Kina Pendant, Natural - Design Within Reach
David Trubridge created his Kina Pendant (2004) after seeing an exquisite kina shell enclosed in its own tiny ice cave on the sea ice. At the time, the designer was studying the changing appearance of ice and snow, but Trubridge is also known for his research of marine life around the South Pacific islands. The combination of these experiences is evident in all of his New Zealand Pendants: Kina, Coral and Koura. In addition to how they echo patterns found in nature, these pendants are created using the minimum amount of materials for maximum effect. UL listed. Bulb (not included): incandescent globe 100W/120V/E26/G25 frosted.
