Simply cuff your pant to the length you want, then place a zakkerz strip each on the inside of the pant next to - but not on - both side seams, and wrap the strip around to the outside of the pant. Either leave as a cuff, or bring each of the ends under so they meet at their respective side seams for a finished insta-hem.
