Chanel Two-Tone Tights

Tights are a trend to be reckoned with for autumn/winter 2008-9 but despite the kaleidoscope of swirly, baroque and paisley print styles (there were some large weave knit ones in there too), we're coveting Chanel's two-tone style most. The epitome of grown-up chic, this new look leg embodies the classic yet modern aesthetic that we have come to love the label for. On first look they may seem just like any ordinary opaque but a quick spin reveals a leg-lengthening stripe of black at the back. We like.

    I tried calling three Chanel Boutiques today with this exact question & they echoed each other - "We can't say for sure." My best guess is late summer, when all the stores will be stocking fall items.
