Description

The coloring in this beautiful pendant is reminscent of a swirling ocean. The varying shades of turquoise-blue are a result of painting multiple layers of patina onto a pendant that has been hand-cut from a brass sheet. Painting with a patina lends a nice watercolor effect to the piece, and the interaction of the patina with the brass creates a weathered and worn look that is quite appealing. The patina is then protected with a semi-gloss sealant. Please expect subtle differences in the patina from piece to piece.
