60s Drop Waist Polka Dots Vintage Dress

Description

60s, black, poly drop waist dress covered in white polka dots. Dress has an elongated over blouse with a bow on one side. It has three quarter length sleeves and a button at back neck. Dress has a great 20s style and slips overhead. Bodice has a few tiny pulls, that are noticeable only upon close inspection. Labeled "California Looks".
