Perhaps one of the most practical products for urban dwellers: window applications by Emma Jeffs. I had a friend who was living in a beautiful loft apartment in San Fran, but the only view from his window was of the freeway off ramp, literally 3 feet from the edge of his place. When traffic was at a standstill, hundreds of folks would be able to see into his apartment without effort. His solution: cover the windows with duct tape and trash bags. Goodness. I don’t think I need to comment on what a difference an Emma Jeffs window application would have made to the apartment (and his sanity).
