Soft stretch knit blouse with the 1940's details of smocking, ruching, and a cross over sweetheart neckline. The smocking all around allows for a versatile fit, with a relaxed bodice to hide any insecurities around the belly. The ruching on the sleeves are darling with lightly puffed sleeves. The length falls past the waist, a bit shorter than tunic length.
