Well there seems to be a debate going on. There are only a handful of people that could even think of pulling off a dress this sparkly and bright, and lucky for Eva Mendes, at the end of the day she at least has her fabulous golden goddess of a tan. Not for the timid or the faint, this dress may be sickeningly sweet for some, but it's looking deliciously sugary to me.
