After all the relationship drama and Hollywood hype she's had to deal with in the past year, Rihanna is back -- and she's not coming quietly. In Jay-Z's latest single "Run This Town," also featuring Kanye West, RiRi makes it clear that she's armed and ready for the spotlight, stronger and fiercer than ever. The politically-charged video was filmed in New York's Fort Totten Park and depicts a chaotic mob revolt, representative of a more literal take on the song's title. While an exact replication of Rihanna's video get-ups may send more than a few quirked eyebrows your way, you can take her militia-style costumes as inspiration in perfecting your own look as a style soldier. While I personally wouldn't dare to repeat Rihanna's exact look in the "Run This Town" video, the lyrics of the song ironically mirror one of this season's hottest trends: black from head-to-toe. This has already been coined the staple uniform of New York Fashion Week, and has come forth as many designers' focus color for fall. I love pairing a super chic black tee like this one from Heimstone: http://tinyurl.com/lzbjc6, with my staple pair of black skinnies and sky-high heels! Trust me, this outfit will make you feel effortlessly chic, and who knows, maybe it'll bring out a little of your inner RiRi.

~* Tiiiiigghhhttt! Love Rihanna! Surprised that Jay didn't put Beyonce in the video ... sounds like Rihanna's part was almost written for her singing style ... it's better with Rihanna anyway ... too cheesy with Jay and B in another video together =)
