Fringe is back, baby, and not all of it is in the style of classic, vintage Clara Bow, but more in style of David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust procreates with Judas Priest at the rodeo. It's a fringe festival in the fashion neighborhood, with Prada, Fendi, and Roberto Cavalli at the forefront of it all. On the runways, bags, shoes, boots, even stockings...I'm sure there's a way to rock it, but in general it seems like it just makes expensive things look cheap. There are no fringe benefits in my book.
