Video Style Steal: Rihanna Busts Out Some Jamaican Flavor & Bold Prints For "Rude Boy"

Rihanna isn't a newcomer when it comes to pushing the envelope on the fashion scene, but while she has undoubtedly become a style icon over the years, she's also pretty much the only person who could plausibly pull off those crazy outfits. I mean, she's nearly always fierce, especially in her videos, but imagine what would happen if you tried matching her piece for piece -- from the cockatoo-inspired bouffant of her current 'do all the way down to her platforms that are always about 1/4-inch away from screaming "lady of the night." If what you're picturing looks ridiculously cool, then by all means, work it! However, when looking for inspiration from her latest video for "Rude Boy," I'll opt to tone it down just a smidge, with peep-toe lace-ups in place of those OTK Louboutin combat boots and a tiered ruffle dress instead of hers made from recycled vinyl records! Watch the video to see her wild island-inspired costumes, then check out the slideshow for some pieces that are appropriately Rihanna-esque!

Video Style Steal: Fergie Kicks Cyborg Butt In Style In "Imma Be Rocking That Body"

The Black Eyed Peas are known for being stylishly "different," whether they're rocking matching leather ensembles on the red carpet or onstage in glow-in-the-dark getups. But their latest album "The E.N.D." has taken on a more futuristic vibe (we're talkin' really fashion-forward), and the fourth single "Imma Be" is no exception. In the video (really more of a mini-feature really), the gang take on a gaggle of evil Transformers-type robots, and Fergie leads the pack in a number of scanty superhero-from-the-future-inspired outfits. While I certainly don't have a metal-embellished body suit for you to try on (complete with a long cape and silver visor), nor do I think such an outfit is battle-ready for fighting giant robots, you can take still take a page from the BEP handbook with mirror-shiny fabrics, leather gloves, and lots of studs. Watch the video to see the spectacle (it's a long one!) then view the slideshow for some futuristic Fergie-inspired wardrobe additions!

Stand Out In Powerhouse Pink Like Kristin Cavallari

Always one to command attention, Hills vixen Kristin Cavallari made a show-stopping splash at the L.A. premiere of When in Rome thanks to her powerhouse pink Naven frock. This color is definitely one of my favorites for obvious reasons- it is stunning and so flattering against all skin tones. Powerhouse pink can make even the greatest of wallflowers come out of their shells and is the kind of color that delivers instant confidence. There really is no wrong way to wear it! Team it with neutrals for a subdued effect or with black for a more edgy vibe. Either way, this dress was made to do all the talking, so take a cue from Kristin and keep the accessories to a minimum. Check out my slideshow to get the exact dress seen on Kristin and for similar options!

Video Style Steal: We're Nostalgic Over The Old Britney In "Not Yet A Woman"

Ever since we caught a glimpse of the Grammy get-up that Britney Spears unwisely chose to wear this year (if you haven't seen it, you've officially been warned), we at the Hive have been really missing Brit's good ol' days. We're talkin' Britney circa 2001 -- you know, "I'm A Slave 4 U," her movie debut in Crossroads, and the wise-beyond-her-years "I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman." In fact, speaking of that particular video, while watching it we can't help but think that she had way more fashion sense ten years ago than she did now, even by today's standards. I mean, swap those 70's-style flares for a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans and trade her crop top for one that's... well, not cropped, and she's practically wearing an outfit straight out of the latest Free People catalogue. And wait -- are those desert boots she's wearing under those humongous bell bottoms?! Dear far-more-stylish-Britney-of-the-past: if you're still in there somewhere, come back and save yourself before you do something else drastic like wear another see-through lace dress in public. Anyway, while we're waiting for that futile message to be delivered, watch the video for a fun Britney flashback, then take a look at the slideshow for current pieces that pay homage to vintage Britney! Go Berry Beautiful Like Molly Sims

At "An Unforgettable Evening" benefit for EIF's Women's Cancer Research Fund, Molly Sims looked simply stunning sporting her signature fuss-free glam style. Molly rocked a relaxed berry-hued Gucci dress which she teamed with grey suede peep-toe pumps. She accessorized with stunning pieces from her jewelry line, Grace by Molly Sims and a chic box clutch. This look can definitely make the day-to-night transition and could work just as well for a day at the office as it could for a cocktail party. For a more winter-friendly style, wear it with black tights and a fitted blazer. Check out my slideshow to get the look!

Get Taylor Momsen's Rocker-Chic Look!

For the launch of the Victoria's Secret Beauty Love Rocks fragrance collection, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen was her usual rocker-chic self. While Taylor usually wears teeny dresses that come up to there, at this event she went in the opposite direction, sporting a long, slip-like ivory dress. Never one to go the ethereal route, Taylor toughened up the look with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti motorcycle boots, a black cuff reminiscent of Madonna circa 1980, her signature rosary beaded necklace, the Victoria's Secret Love Rocks lip gloss ring, and of course, tons and tons of black eye liner. I was drawn to this look because it's a lot more accessible and wearable than some of her other ensembles. Edgy extras, like the boots and jewelry pieces she chose are definite must-haves and I am really feeling that long, gauzy dress. Check out my slideshow to snag this rockin' look!

Get Taylor Swift's Red-Hot Look

At "An Unforgettable Evening" to benefit EIF's Women's Cancer Research Fund in Beverly Hills country music superstar Taylor Swift absolutely sizzled. Taylor opted to get in touch with her sexier side with a radiant red one shoulder Valentino dress complemented by a matching red pout. She added some more glam to the look with glitzy accessories including sparkling peep-toe pumps, the gold crystal Beverly Hills clutch by Swarovski clutch, and beautiful Neil Lane jewelry pieces. This look is a can't-miss for your next cocktail party or to celebrate Valentine's Day with your sweetheart. As Bill Blass once famously said, "When in doubt, wear red." Check out my slideshow to get this red-hot look!

Rock Vibrant Shades Like Joy Bryant!

At the NBC Universal Press Tour cocktail party, Joy Bryant was her usual perfectly pulled-together self, rocking a fun, boho-glam daytime style. Abandoning typical winter shade sof black and grey, Joy went color-wild with a vibrant floral printed Tucker Tunic dress topped off with an oversized raspberry cardigan. She accessorized with slouchy Bally boots and a matching clutch from Botkier which had the same worn-in, rustic feel, adding even more of a bohemian spirit to the look. She finished the look with some playful jewelry pieces, including a cut-out gold cuff. Overall, this look was fun, and totally fuss-free, not to mention extremely wearable. Check out my slideshow to get the look!

Jessica Szohr Sizzles In Stripes and Sequins

At the NYC premiere of Sherlock Homes, Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr was her usual funky and fashionable self. Jessica's look was equal parts sophisticated and sexy and as always, she put her own spin on some closet staples. Jessica teamed a a pair of on-trend sequined shorts by Silence & Noise with a striped Diesel tank topped off with a classic Alice + Olivia boyfriend blazer. To keep the look more winter-appropriate, Jess added a pair of black tights. Christian Louboutin pumps and a black cocktail ring rounded out the mix of this truly rockin' ensemble. Video Style Steal: Get Rihanna's Military-Inspired Sexy Look From "Hard"

As much as I love the fact that Rihanna is back and admire the strength it took for her to forge ahead through the trials and tribulations of her past year, I'm not sure I needed a whole song reminding me over and over again exactly how tough her skin is. I mean, I think it's pretty clear that RiRi is one of the hardest gals around, and never fails to look fiercely feminine in the meantime. In her video for "Hard," Rihanna is super-edgy (as usual) in military-turned-sexy get-ups, and while you may have trouble finding an LBD with spikes protruding from your shoulders, the whole combat boots and minidress deal can still be translated into the real world for an army-inspired look that's not too copycat.
