Well, not quite. But in addition to unveiling a line of lower-priced legwear, WWD's reporting that Lindsay Lohan has plans to release a self tanner, because everyone knows you can't properly indulge in sunbaking if your legs are swathed in spandex, even if they are by 6126. Though I guess if you're going to wear leggings as pants, you should at least have some color. Here's hoping it's not quite so orange!
